What is the EZE Bleeder ?
The EZE Bleeder is an economical, easy to use, brake and hydraulic clutch bleeding tool that utilizes the laws of physics, specifically that air rises in a fluid. Its design is similar to that of a hypodermic needle.
The EZE Bleeder works on cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment, and even small airplanes. In short, it will work on anything with a master cylinder and bleeder valve.
Basically, the EZE Bleeder bleeds brake lines and hydraulic clutches by injecting the brake fluid through the low points, specifically, the wheel cylinders, caliper bleeder valves, or the clutch slave cylinder. In other words, it bleeds in reverse from the traditional method, by pushing air UP.
The EZE Bleeder can also be used to bench bleed new master cylinders as well as help to diagnose faulty brake line hoses and related components.
How do you use the EZE Bleeder ?
In order to bleed a brake system or hydraulic clutch on a vehicle, first remove the master cylinder's cover from its reservoir. To use the EZE Bleeder simply fill the hypodermic needle tool with fluid from the vehicle's own master cylinder or, alternatively, with new fluid. You then inject the fluid directly into the open bleeder valve of a caliper, conventional brake cylinder, or clutch cylinder, forcing the captured air out of the master cylinder in the form of air bubbles . At this point you'll close the bleeder valve--that cylinder has now been bled.
The EZE Bleeder can also be used to bench bleed new master cylinders . To do this first remove the master cylinder's cover then install the large rubber adaptor which is included with the EZE Bleeder and then inject fluid directly into the female brake line hole on the lower side of the master cylinder. Injecting the fluid into the hole fills the open cavity with fluid and raises the air to the top of the master cylinder. Then go to the next hole and repeat the process until all of the chambers are full of brake fluid. This master cylinder has now been bench bled and is ready to install.
What are the advantages of using the EZE Bleeder ?
The EZE Bleeder is incredibly versatile inasmuch as it works on cars, trucks, motorcycles ( even with multiple bleeder valves ), recreational vehicles, heavy equipment, and even small airplanes . Essentially, it will work on anything with a master cylinder and bleeder valve.
The EZE Bleeder is enormously time-saving because it can bleed complete brake systems or hydraulic clutch systems in less than 15 minutes. It can bench bleed master cylinders in seconds.
Using the EZE Bleeder is a one-man operation and it DOES NOT require any special tools or adapters, and no compressed air is needed.
The EZE Bleeder costs only $19.95 vs. several hundred dollars for traditional, power bleeding equipment. Click here if you would like to purchase one or more .
The EZE Bleeder is much more efficient because it uses so much less brake fluid than the traditional power bleeding method and using it creates far less mess, making it environmentally safer than the traditional method.
The EZE Bleeder also serves as a diagnostic tool inasmuch as poor or little fluid injection usually indicates a clogged caliper, brake cylinder, or collapsed flexible brake line.
The EZE Bleeder is 100% American made
